MARKETING DIRECTOR 2019-PRESENT
As the Marketing Director for Iron Mountain Resort I was responsible for creating the voice and platform for this new company to gain name recognition and traction in the outdoor industry. To achieve these goals on our aggressive timeline involved designing and managing a multitude of projects and campaigns, including traditional print, e-commerce web design, radio, and digital campaigns. This position also included a heavy load of market and audience analysis, to dial in and attract a new and diverse customer base. In a very short period of time this new brand has grown to see an average organic web traffic of 30,000 visitors per month, nationwide recognition in the outdoor recreation industry, and events boasting guest counts over ten thousand strong.
